San Bernardino Train Crash Statute of Limitations
People should know that because Metrolink is operated by the Southern California Regional Rail Authority there are procedures that take place that might be special compared to other cases when a claim is filed. These procedures might have to take place before the lawsuit can begin. This goes for both a death that was wrongful and for personal injuries.
